We had an amazing stay – everything was just perfect. Room: Our room was spacious, very clean, modern, and full of natural light, with a stunning view. Location: The location is excellent – only 10–15 minutes by car from the airport, and about 20–30 minutes from Old Market, Soho Square, and Farsha Café. We also appreciated the stylish shops inside the resort where you could find everything you might need. Food: The food was absolutely delicious. Every single dish we ordered was exceptional. There was a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options, and the menus were diverse and thoughtfully curated. Staff: The staff were extremely helpful, always smiling, and very polite. There were plenty of team members everywhere, ensuring everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Pools: The pools were crystal clean, and the water temperature was ideal – around 29°C – which made swimming very pleasant. Spa: We tried the aroma massage and it was incredible. The staff were true professionals – a deeply relaxing experience. Beach: The sand was soft and clean, and the water was crystal clear. You could snorkel right off the shore and swim among beautiful fish – an unforgettable experience.

We arrived way before sunrise and they prepared our rooms and we could check in early in the morning. Staff is so respectful and hardworking, but they could smile a little more. Most of them looked so serious. It was Ramadan and I guess they were all fasting. That might be the reason. The room was comfortable, a little worn and torn, and some bad interior design choices functionwise. We liked the restaurants, pool area, beach, gardens. Good wifi reception everywhere. Pool/beach towels smelled good. The thing that irritated us most is the daily insisting (long ringing) phone calls to our room asking us if we are OK. There is already personnel asking this at the restaurant, if you also want to call the room afternoon, ring it two or three times. You can't ring it like for a minute and keep trying when not answered. We might be resting, sleeping or other stuff. This happened everyday and sometimes more than once, it drove us just crazy. Other than that, we had difficulty understanding each other with the personnel in English. That resulted in a few meal orders that were not served, or served late. One side of the silent pool gets the afternoon shadow earlier than the other side of the pool. But this should not mean the guests on the shadow side should pack and leave the pool area early in the afternoon. I may want to lie in the shadow or swim in the shadow. Everyone around the pool should have the right to use the pool amenities until a specific time of day. And last; russian girls partying on the pool side is not an entertainment for guests who came as couples. And most of the hotel guests were couples.

I visit Sharm 2-3 times a year and stayed at different hotels. Meraki exceeded my expectations.. Resort is relatively small and simple, you literally find everything you need. Smart rooms and newly constructed areas, staff were very friendly and acted in a professional manner. Mostafa gave me a proper introduction when I came in and showed me 6 different restaurants (4 of them free of charge). Food was amazing.. Greek, Italian, Lebanese, and international restaurants. Animation crew were funny and spoke good English. I literally had Santorini vibes as hotel is elevated. Great Value!!

The staff was hospitable and super friendly, something that Egypt is known for Food was great, Meraki has this amazing policy where dining is only via a la carte restaurants meaning every dining experience is different. Whats better than there is no limit to what you can order, you can the entire menu if you want which means is an open buffet basically but at restaurant quality and experience

I had an incredible time at Meraki Sharm—it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail were outstanding. The resort is vibrant, full of life, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and have fun at the same time. A special thanks to Mr. Hussam Abdulrasheed and Mr. Ahmad Alshenawi for their exceptional hospitality. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciate their efforts. I highly recommend Meraki Sharm to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway. The staff were super attentive, everyone was so lovely, the resort itself is beautiful, big thanks to Saif, Yasser and Mohamed Radadd. These staff honestly made the trip super memorable and always had a smile on their face and made sure me and my husband had everything we needed at all times. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing and up-kept by the cleaners every day. There was always something planned in terms of entertainment during the day and in the evening, so there is always something to do if you happen to have no plans. Right next to Soho square as well which is convenient. Service overall 10/10

My experience at Meraki Resort was extremely positive. The property is beautifully maintained and very well cared for. The only thing I would have changed regarding the interior design is the flooring in the rooms: it’s made of resin, which tends to get damaged easily and can appear dirty. Personally, I would have preferred tiles with proper skirting boards. That said, the resort is spacious, with two swimming pools — one quieter and more relaxing, and the other more lively with music and a party atmosphere. There’s also a small beach: not big, but very charming and well-kept. There are several restaurants to choose from, all nicely designed and well maintained. As for the food, even though it’s à la carte, it’s nothing extraordinary. It feels like typical buffet food presented as “à la carte” and decorated nicely. But for what you pay, it’s more than fair. One thing to keep in mind when traveling to Egypt is: don’t compare the food to Italy — that’s a mistake. I’ve been to Egypt four times, and I can confidently say this is the resort where I’ve eaten the best. The staff were fantastic. With very few exceptions, everyone was friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Before my arrival, I was even contacted on WhatsApp by a manager who offered assistance throughout my stay. Housekeeping was also great — very attentive and polite. Wi-Fi was very good, but the app used to connect was frustrating: it kept logging me out, and I had to scan the printed QR code over and over again. All in all, my stay at Meraki was excellent. Special thanks to Mohamed the manager that texted me through Whatsapp, waiters Yasser and Mosser and few other I don’t remember names, the two super smiling and kind Ali at the pools, and Mohamed, the bartender at the quiet pool — you all guys made the experience even better.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Meraki hotel for 10 days and it was outstanding. The hotel was clean everywhere and beautiful to look at. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Staff are excellent and do anything they can to help you and be generally accommodating. The food ranges from good to excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Mumm restaurant for its fantastic mixed grill. Being able to go snorkelling at the hotel was also a massive benefit. Mr smiley man the life guard at the pool was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything we needed even down to pillows and cleaning our sunglasses. The two guys on the front desk Tyson and Diaa were always very helpful at organising our taxis and trips and making sure we had everything we needed.
