Every thing was amazing

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Meraki hotel for 10 days and it was outstanding. The hotel was clean everywhere and beautiful to look at. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Staff are excellent and do anything they can to help you and be generally accommodating. The food ranges from good to excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Mumm restaurant for its fantastic mixed grill. Being able to go snorkelling at the hotel was also a massive benefit. Mr smiley man the life guard at the pool was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything we needed even down to pillows and cleaning our sunglasses. The two guys on the front desk Tyson and Diaa were always very helpful at organising our taxis and trips and making sure we had everything we needed.

Everthing is perfect. I lost my JBL air phones, I couldn't find but after I return my country MR.Salah Mahdy Rooms Division Manager found it. He offered to ship it to me via DHL. But I asked him to hand it to my friends in Sharm El Sheikh and he didn't hurt me also he left my earphones my friends hotel. It was one of the best holidays I've had in my life, the staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything we will definitely come again.

The place is stunning, and the staff is exceptionally kind and caring. We feel completely safe and appreciate the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. However, what impresses us the most is the cuisine. Every meal is of remarkable quality, comparable to the best restaurants in France. Congratulations to the chef and his team for their talent and dedication. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Your hotel and your team are truly exceptional, and we want to congratulate you on your work. Having traveled around the world, we can confidently say that your establishment is among the best we have ever visited. We have already recommended your hotel to our friends and on social media, and we are looking forward to coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at Meraki as a group of five, celebrating two birthdays, which the staff helped make special. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I’d happily return. The evening entertainment had impressive production value, surpassing many other hotels. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the private beach was a great touch. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly.
