My girlfriend and I stayed at the Meraki hotel for 10 days and it was outstanding. The hotel was clean everywhere and beautiful to look at. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Staff are excellent and do anything they can to help you and be generally accommodating. The food ranges from good to excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Mumm restaurant for its fantastic mixed grill. Being able to go snorkelling at the hotel was also a massive benefit. Mr smiley man the life guard at the pool was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything we needed even down to pillows and cleaning our sunglasses. The two guys on the front desk Tyson and Diaa were always very helpful at organising our taxis and trips and making sure we had everything we needed.

The evening entertainment had impressive production value, surpassing many other hotels. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the private beach was a great touch. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to: • Said at the restaurants, who not only corrected a few order mistakes but also anticipated our needs. • Mohammed at Velocity Bar, who always got our drinks right with a smile. • The bartender at the large pool (sorry, I didn’t catch his name), who made fantastic mojitos and was always cheerful.

Smart rooms and newly constructed areas, staff were very friendly and acted in a professional manner. Mostafa gave me a proper introduction when I came in and showed me 6 different restaurants (4 of them free of charge). Food was amazing.. Greek, Italian, Lebanese, and international restaurants. Animation crew were funny and spoke good English. I literally had Santorini vibes as hotel is elevated. Great Value!!
